Amazing image of an amazing creature. I am assuming taken with a big lens? The eye contact is really something else and this is the first image I have ever seen of a mountain lion on a beach!
Wow, pretty amazing picture. And a very beautiful animal. When not standing in front of a mountain lion and just looking at a picture, you can really appreciate their beauty.
In May of 2009 National Geographic was filming a special on The Secret Big Sur. Randy Miller owner of Predators in Action, Big Bear, California brought his 1-1/2 year old, raised from a kitten, cat for the filming. Kona was a true professional.
